The Pine Ridge Middle School Student Government attended the District Rally at Airport High School to show some school spirit and to share and learn new ways to serve their school.

Liz Schaffer, the Student Body President, said her favorite event that happened at District Rally was “The energizers in the morning,” which are cheers and chants to raise everyone’s spirits and energy level.  She also wanted to give a huge thanks to the Airport H.S. student government. “Mr.Bailey and Trace did a great job planning it and did a lot more than I expected they would,” she said.

Katie Kyzer, Airport’s Student Body Secretary and former PRMS student, said she keeps records of events and makes sure everything is organized. Katie said “We have been hardcore planning since August.” She also said “Including Airport, there were approximately 20 schools” and ranging from 20 to 60 delegates that show up from each school. Katie said “There was school spirit all around.”
